Shop Terms of Sale
The terms that apply to anything you buy from our shop.
These terms apply to anything you buy from our shop. Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply.
1. Who you are buying from
Products are sold by 1533948 Alberta Corp (o/a TOPP KIDS Out of School Clubs / ELCC & Community Development), 425 78 Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta T2V 5K5, and produced and shipped by an independent print-on-demand supplier.
2. Made to order
Items are made to order. Production time comes before shipping time, and both are estimates rather than guarantees. Colours can vary slightly between what you see on screen and the finished garment.
3. What we sell
Our range is apparel and merchandise for early learning educators and adults working in the sector. Sizing is adult.
We do not sell children’s clothing. Nothing in our range is made for, sized for, or intended for children.
Our products are general consumer goods. They are not safety equipment, protective clothing, or teaching aids.
4. Prices, currency and taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
5. Payment
Payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
6. Shipping, risk and duties
Available shipping destinations and rates are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays in the postal or courier network are outside our control.
Risk passes to you on delivery. For orders shipped outside Canada, you are responsible for any duties, import charges or taxes levied by the destination country.
7. Returns and refunds
Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or for choosing the wrong size. Please check the size guide before you order.
We will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged or defective, materially different from what was ordered, or incorrect.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@elcccommunitydevelopment.com with your order number and photographs, and we will sort it out.
This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection legislation of your province or territory, which we do not exclude.
8. Care
Follow the care instructions on the garment. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, alteration, or use outside normal wear.
9. Cancelling an order
Because production starts quickly, we can only cancel an order before it enters production. Contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel it if we still can.
10. Designs and intellectual property
All designs are ours or licensed to us, and you may not reproduce them.
If you believe a design infringes your rights, contact us at info@elcccommunitydevelopment.com with the details and we will review it promptly.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to replacing it or refunding what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing here excludes or limits any right or remedy you have that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This does not deprive you of the protection of the consumer protection laws where you live.
