STAFF FILES CHECKLIST
Staff records will be maintained by the Room Lead. These files must be accessible to licensing at all times (19.2a). Each staff file must include onsite:
- Education – ECE Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Police Clearance (with vulnerable sector search)
Primary staff file kept at Head Office must include:
- Staff Resume
- Offer Letters/Contracts/Wage Increments
- Staff Profile from TimeSavr
- Education – certificates & diplomas
- Police Clearance (with vulnerable sector search)
- Clean Child Intervention Check (Must be within 8 weeks of hire date)
- First Aid Certificate
- Confidentiality Policy
- Child Guidance Policy
- Evaluations
- Professional Development Plan
- Disciplinary Forms
- Exit Interview
