Imagine Institute for Learning: a human-centred model for educator professional learning
The Imagine Institute for Learning has, since 2001, helped people who work with children and families strengthen their practice through evidence-informed, human-centred professional learning. Its approach merges compassion with actionable practice, and reaches across social work, education, and health.
Launa Clark, the Institute’s Director of Andragogy, leads adult-learning design grounded in how educators actually learn and change. For a training organization building its own professional development, the Institute is a useful model of what human-centred, research-based educator learning can look like.
