Fleming College launches online ECE Leadership Development specialization

Fleming College has launched a new online ECE Leadership Development specialization, beginning May 2026, to help frontline educators step into supervisor and administrator roles without leaving their centres. The flexible program covers communication, advocacy, staff development, financial planning and curriculum adaptation, and eligible applicants can seek support through the Ontario ECE Leadership Grant Program, which opened for applications on April 13, 2026.
