First Nations Early Learning and Child Care Conference gathers educators in Winnipeg
The Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs hosted the 2026 First Nations Early Learning and Child Care Conference on February 24–25, 2026 at the Victoria Inn Hotel & Convention Centre in Winnipeg. The annual gathering brought together early childhood educators, program coordinators, community leaders and Knowledge Keepers from across Manitoba to strengthen culturally grounded approaches to early learning and child care.
