Taking care of yourself is not selfish — it’s essential. We all need time-out occasionally to recharge and refocus.
In this interactive workshop, you’ll explore practical strategies for self-care that can easily fit into your daily routine, both at work and at home. Together, we’ll look at ways to:
- Build healthy habits that nurture your physical and emotional well-being.
- Recognize the signs of burnout and compassion fatigue.
- Create simple, meaningful self-care practices that support balance and resilience.
This session is designed to help educators and caregivers reconnect with their own wellness, so they can continue to bring their best energy to the children, families, and teams they support.
Because caring for others starts with caring for yourself.
This Event is scheduled for TOPP KIDS Foundation & TOPP KIDS Out of School Clubs team members only.
