This workshop will challenge you to rethink your attitude about behaviors and child guidance for school-age children. “Control the Climate, not the Child”. We will guide you through the examination and evaluation of behavior management.
CANCELLATION/ACCOUNTABILITY POLICY
All participants who register for workshops that cannot participate for any reason are required to cancel their registration within 2 days before the workshop commences to avoid a minimum $50 CAD Absence Fee (workshops with higher than $50 CAD cost will be charged in full).
All cancellations must be received by the Professional Development Coordinator (professional_development@toppkids.com) in order to ensure accurate accountability measures. Emergencies and special circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Participants with habitual cancellations (more than 2/contracted year) are required to meet with their Regional Manager or Director of Operations on the following workday.
