B.C. invests $62 million to create more than 750 new licensed child care spaces
British Columbia is investing more than $62 million through its accelerated space-creation programs to build more than 750 new licensed child care spaces across the province. The province is also converting more spaces into the $10 a Day ChildCareBC program, moving toward its goal of 20,000 $10-a-day spaces, with priority given to communities without existing access and providers serving low-income areas.
